Scott Krumm

Community Food Director

Raised by adventurous parents in Boise, Idaho, Scott grew up camping, sailing, rafting, and kayaking throughout the state, developing a love and appreciation of the outdoors. His interest in the environment led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, followed by a career that involved helping cities and developers design outdoor public spaces. After living and working for several years in busy cities outside of Idaho, Scott and his wife decided to leave it all behind to pursue her dream of opening a bakery in Cascade. With their toddler in tow, they made the leap and have never looked back. Scott is very excited to be a member of the staff at the Alzar School and looks forward to sharing his passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for good food with everyone on campus.
